    I found an entry for this company on my Credit Report. It isn't mine. After disputing with the 3 agencies, I tried to contact this company at the number listed on the credit reports (866-912-1312) to not only dispute the debt but to find out if someone used my personal information to get the account.. I've called several times and get put on hold but then I just wait on the phone from anywhere 10-20 min. After reading of the other complaints against this company about harassing calls, I'm kind of scared but I need to take care of this. More...

  • Paid but Still on Credit Report

    I had a Direct TV account 81274130 which was paid in full. I was disputing the final bill with Direct TV because they were charging me an early termination fee when I closed the account in July of 2010. They subsequently forwarded it to CBE Group for collection. Knowing it would hurt my credit I paid the bill and asked that it be removed from my credit report. It is still on my credit report.   • Invalid collection attempt

    My attorney demanded in writing October 1, 2010 that DirecTV refund me $642.18 in unjustified charges that I paid last September. They refused to answer what they did with my check & instead sent my acct. to CBE Group. As follows, both companies refuse to acknowledge DirecTV forced terminating my service. "3/5/09 I ordered Familiar Ultra package and DVR receiver. Mastec, your out-of-state installer, instead insisted on connecting Choice Extra, standard receiver at their convenience but outside my chosen 4 hr. appointment.   • wrong number

    I have attempted numerous times to contact you at several different phone numbers with no results. So I am trying to reach you here. I have been recieving calls for months now from your company. The recorded message I get every day informs me whom the call is for and that if I am not that person I should hang up due to the personal nature of the call. I am NOT that person nor do I know that person. I had never even heard of that person until you began calling me. So I hang up. But ya just keep calling back.
