I called to see if I can make payment arrangements with the Collection Team Leader . He said yes but I was not prepared at the time and did not bring my banking information with me. He began to harrass me and question why I don' t bring my checking account or credit card/debit card information. I simply stated I was only calling to inquire about POSSIBLE payment arrangements-not that I was going to set it up at that moment. He then told me he can call my bank to get the routing information -but I was uncomfortable with that and I would have to call back. He also then began calling me names-he didnt press the mute button-so I heard everything. I did tell him I was at work so I could be on a personal call too much longer but then he continued to be sarcastic and said why am I calling from work if I can't talk-I hope this team leader (Will) dies.
